A double hung window is a window that operates vertically up and down.

Once your order is placed we provide you with an estimated lead time for the manufacturing of the windows. During the order wait time you will be able to call in at anytime to check on the status of your order. Once the windows are received into our warehouse we will call you to schedule the exact date of installation on a day that works best for you!
Our windows are covered under a lifetime manufacturers warranty that includes glass breakage protection. There is a sticker located above the top sash of the window with the identity of the window for warranty service. To redeem the warranty we need the information off of this sticker.
Casement window windows have a crank at the bottom and when operated the window opens left or right like a door.
Awning windows have a crank at the bottom and when operated open from the bottom upward.
Tempered windows have glass that have been manufactured to break into tiny ice cube pieces instead of big shards that can be dangerous. (Often used in shower windows or windows behind doors etc.)
