A double hung window is a window that operates vertically up and down.

Our windows are covered under a lifetime manufacturers warranty that includes glass breakage protection. There is a sticker located above the top sash of the window with the identity of the window for warranty service. To redeem the warranty we need the information off of this sticker.
Casement window windows have a crank at the bottom and when operated the window opens left or right like a door.
Awning windows have a crank at the bottom and when operated open from the bottom upward.
Tempered windows have glass that have been manufactured to break into tiny ice cube pieces instead of big shards that can be dangerous. (Often used in shower windows or windows behind doors etc.)
